By providing AC Mobility Holdings, Inc. (AMHI) your information in the Enquiry Form on our website, you have read and understood that we collect and process such Personal Data for the following purposes:

Note that in relation above purposes and under the same legal bases, we share your name, e-mail address, and mobile number with AMHI subsidiaries relevant to your inquiry namely, AC Automotive Business Services, Inc. (AABSI), EVRO Mobility Solutions, Inc. (EVRO), Greenstrum, Inc. (Greenstrum), Iconic Dealership, Inc. (IDI), Isuzu Iloilo, Corp. (IIC), KP Motors Corp. (KPMC), Mobility Access Philippines Ventures, Inc. (MAPVI),

B. Purposes in connection with our legitimate interest of supporting present and future overall car /brand/business development and product/service improvement

  • Communicate to you products, services, advisories, commercial and promotional alerts, advertisements, financial service offers, feedback and surveys relevant to the vehicle/service you inquired into.

  • Analyze market demand and trends in relation to how you respond to our Services including user retention and attrition in order to support business development such as new and/or improved products/services and effective marketing campaigns and programs.

Apart from what is described in this Notice, we generally do not disclose your Personal Data with any third party unless we are legally required/allowed to do so or if such action is necessary to protect, defend and/or enforce our legal rights. However, we may need to do so with some of our service providers who process such data for and on our behalf and strictly in accordance with the purposes listed above. In all cases, we make sure that third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and hold it confidential.

Your Personal Data will only be retained for as long as is necessary and relevant for the fulfillment of the purposes provided above. Thereafter, your Personal Data shall be disposed in a secure manner in accordance with our internal retention and disposal policy, unless we are required/allowed by law to keep it.
