ACMobility Powers Grab Philippines’ EV Fleet with Advanced ChargeFleet Solution

MANILA, PHILIPPINES (July 13, 2026) – ACMobility, the end-to-end mobility provider of the Ayala Group and a leader in the country’s electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, has partnered with Grab Philippines to power its GrabCar Electric and GrabTaxi Electric fleets.

The collaboration utilizes ChargeFleet, ACMobility’s comprehensive digital fleet management platform that enables real-time and automated electric vehicle credit management via the Evro app.

Driving 24/7 Fleet Efficiency
With ChargeFleet, Grab’s partner operators and drivers can seamlessly allocate and monitor digital charging credits in real-time, eliminating the need for fuel or charging cards.

The system also makes shift changes faster and more efficient, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations. A driver can leave his EV unit at a nearby parking facility while charging, and by the time the second driver starts their shift, the car is ready to go. No scheduling overlap or idle time. It also lessens administrative tasks while cutting costs.

"We are thrilled to partner with Grab Philippines as they expand the electrification of public transport through their EV fleet," said Carla Buencamino, Head of Mobility Infrastructure at ACMobility. "By leveraging our ChargeFleet solution and expansive Philippine EV spine, we are demonstrating that commercial fleet electrification is not only viable but highly efficient. Our goal is to serve as the ecosystem enabler that provides holistic support to both the private and public transport sectors, driving sustainable mobility across the nation."

Grab Financial Group Philippines Country Head CJ Lacsican shared, "At Grab, electrification is not just a sustainability effort. It is a kabuhayan commitment because it helps make livelihood on the road more resilient amid a volatile fuel market. This is why we are working to make the support system for EV transition more practical and achievable for taxi and TNVS driver-partners and operators, including access to reliable charging and lower operating costs. Our partnership with ACMobility and ChargeFleet helps address these real-world needs, making EV adoption more viable for transport professionals whose earnings depend on every kilometer they drive.”

The pilot serves as the foundation for a broader, scalable fleet electrification partnership, as Grab aims to accelerate EV adoption across its ecosystem.
