What is ChargePlus?
ChargePlus promos offer no expiry credits you can use to pay for charging sessions at all ACMobility EV Charging Hubs. You can get up to 20% bonus charging credits when purchasing ChargePlus promos.
Depending on the offer availed, ChargePlus also provides gifts with purchase from our partners:
ACMobility Power-on-Wheels: waived service fee for pay-on-the-go charging session, valid for 30 days after purchase of qualifying ChargePlus offer
Bosch Car Service: labor services, or free 4-wheel alignment, valid for 90 days after purchase of qualifying ChargePlus offer
BYD: up to 15% discount on accessories, valid for 90 days after purchase of qualifying ChargePlus offer
Kia: up to P500 off on Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS), valid for 6 months after purchase of qualifying ChargePlus offer.
How can I buy ChargePlus?
You can buy ChargePlus promos through the ACMobility EV Charging Hub Store on the Evro app, or through the GCash app under Buy Load. In the EV Charging Hub Store, you can pay using Mastercard and Visa credit cards only.
How can I use and monitor my credit allowance?
You can use your ChargePlus credits to pay for charging sessions at all ACMobility EV Charging Hubs. When charging on the Evro app, select ChargePlus credits as mode of payment.
You can monitor your credit allowance through the Evro app by checking the upper right corner of the Maps page. Clicking the button leads you to the ACMobility EV Charging Hub Store, which provided more details about your active promos.
Can I stack ChargePlus promos?
Yes! You can stack ChargePlus credits with all other ACMobility EV Charging Hub offers. You can also have multiple ChargePlus promos active at the same time.
When you have multiple offers active, with expiry credits will be consumed first in order of earliest expiry date, followed by no expiry credits.
Are there any maintenance requirements for my ChargePlus credits? What happens to my ChargePlus credits if I delete my account?
You need to use your ChargePlus credits at least once every 6 months to keep your wallet active. If the wallet is dormant for 6 months, all unused credits will be expired. ChargePlus credits will also be forfeited if you delete your ACMobility or Evro account.
How can I claim my ChargePlus gifts?
After successfully purchasing any ChargePlus promo, your gift voucher codes will be sent to you via email. You can also view all your ChargePlus gifts by navigating to Menu > My Vouchers in the ACMobility EV Charging Hub Store. Each voucher includes detailed instructions and redemption mechanics specific to our partner mechanics.
I cannot view my credits or use them in a charging session. Who can I reach out to for support?
