What are ACMobility’s fleet charging offers?
ACMobility offers an all‑digital fleet charging solution with a shared wallet of peso‑value charging credits managed through the Fleet Management Platform. Drivers use these credits to charge at ACMobility EV Charging Hubs via the Evro app.
Fleets can choose between prepaid or postpaid options based on their power and operational needs.
How does the “no expiry credits” mechanic work for the ChargeFleet wallet?
Your ChargeFleet credits remain active as long as the wallet is used to pay for at least one successful charging session every 6 months by any user in the fleet group.
The 6‑month window resets after each successful charging session.
If the wallet is not used for 6 consecutive months, all remaining credits in the wallet will be forfeited.
Example:
- If any user in your fleet group completes a charging session using ChargeFleet credits on March 15, your credits will remain active until September 15.
- If another charging session occurs before September 15, the 6‑month window resets.
- If no charging sessions take place for 6 consecutive months, any unused credits will be forfeited.
How do I use my fleet charging credits?
Here’s how to use ACMobility Fleet Charging Credits:
- Ask your fleet drivers to download the Evro app and create an account.
- Add the drivers’ Evro email accounts to your fleet group via the ACMobility Fleet Management Platform.
- Assign charging credits to each driver through the ACMobility Fleet Management Platform.
- When charging at ACMobility EV Charging Hubs, drivers select ACMobility Fleet Charging Credits as the payment method in the Evro app.
How can I purchase ChargeFleet prepaid charging credits?
You can purchase ChargeFleet prepaid charging credits through the online ChargeFleet Store and top up your wallet balance anytime.
Payments are accepted via credit card and GCash.
What are the application requirements for a ChargeFleet postpaid account?
The following business documents are required to evaluate ChargeFleet postpaid account applications:
- Articles of Incorporation/Partnership
- Mayor's Permit
- BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration)
- Latest Audited Financial Statements or 3 months bank statements
- Photocopies of 2 valid IDs with 3 specimen signatures
- Duly notarized Board Resolution or Secretary's Certificate for signatories
Depending on the results of credit evaluation, a security deposit may be required to start the ChargeFleet postpaid contract.
